Someone is being difficult, wilful and perhaps even secretive. It is likely this is someone you have a financial link with — an intimate/business partner, employer or even your money manager. Are they not giving you your dues? Do you feel left in the dark about something? Are they acting on their own in matters where you have a say too? It seems like this person is dealing with some money (or even health) concerns of their own that could be the reason behind their recent behaviour and general churlishness.
By the way, it is quite possible that all of the above also applies to you! Are you being the person described above? If so, then recognise that excessive self-absorption in your worries is making you a pain to be around.
