August-September Reading for Aries

Self-care is an important theme showing up for you, but it is easier said than done. It is not always about meditation sessions or relaxation retreats. It can require you to take a long, hard look at nourishment — for the body, mind, and soul. You might realise in due course that what you thought or what you felt ought to nurture you and help you feel good isn’t actually doing what it said on the tin. Some difficult decisions might need to be made in order to eliminate that which is no longer healthy for you (routines and rituals can have a way of becoming addictions that cannot that easily be shed, even if it is to your detriment). It requires you to say goodbye to the hurt that keeps you pinned to an uncomfortable position. You might need to make peace with the fact that you may never get the closure you need, the answers you need, or even the validation you need from those who presented themselves in positions where you mistook them for people who ought to care. Or you might need to withdraw yourself from caregiver roles that seem only to show promise, never results. If something, a relationship or a situation, never changes, it is dead. The crux of it all is to release attachments. When your emotions come up to overwhelm every progress you have made, take note of what or whom they are for, then take the proverbial axe to whatever shows up at the root of your imbalance. It is so much better to run naked and free.

Generalised tarot readings such as this, written for everyone under one Sun sign,  present archetypal energies that may or may not play out for you, depending on your personal context. Therefore, if this message does not apply to you, I recommend checking out one’s Moon sign and Ascendant sign tarotscope as well (because the message you need just might be there or emerge as a combination instead).
